After 24 years in agency life — working with big brands in the luxury space, delivering at the highest level — two things became impossible to ignore.
The first was how many ambitious businesses were stuck in the same place: busy with marketing, investing in it, working hard at it — but without the clarity to make it actually work. Activity without direction. Effort without return.
The second was the rise of AI. Remarkable in so many ways — but with a risk that not enough people are talking about. If your strategy isn't right, AI doesn't solve the problem. It accelerates it. More content, more speed, more noise — but no more clarity. We watched that pattern emerge and knew exactly what the answer to it looked like.
So Method & Worth was born.
Why we started it
Helen and Alexandra are the founding partners of Method & Worth — two senior women who between them have spent decades shaping brands, leading strategy and delivering creative work that genuinely moves businesses forward.
When the moment came to step away from agency life and build something of their own, the brief was simple: create the consultancy they always wished existed. One built on honesty, seniority and a genuine commitment to the people it works with.
The name says everything about what we stand for.
Method is the rigour — the tried and tested strategic process that brings order to complexity and turns confusion into clarity.
Worth is the outcome — work that creates lasting value. For the brand. For the business. And beyond it.
The team
Method & Worth was founded by two senior women with a shared belief that founders deserve better — better thinking, better creative, and better commercial accountability than most consultancies offer.
Helen and Alexandra lead every engagement from the front. They define the strategy, shape the direction and make sure the foundations are right before anything else begins. That's where decades of experience makes the biggest difference — in the early thinking, the honest diagnosis and the decisions that set the course.
As engagements develop, Helen and Alexandra are supported by a carefully selected network of experienced marketing professionals — people they know, trust and have worked alongside throughout their careers. Every person who works on your business is chosen for their specific expertise and their commitment to doing the work properly.
